S32750超二相ステンレス鋼管は、フェライト-オーステナイト微細組織(フェライト約50%/オーステナイト50%)を有する超二相ステンレス鋼です。これは、非常に高い機械的強度と組み合わせた優れた耐食性を必要とする用途向けに特別に設計されています。
この合金には高レベルのクロム (25%)、モリブデン (4%)、窒素 (0.3%) が含まれており、塩化物や硫化水素 (H₂S) を含む過酷な環境において、孔食、隙間腐食、応力腐食割れ (SCC) に対して優れた耐性を発揮します。 S32750 は、標準のオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼 (304、316) の約 2 倍の降伏強度を備えており、構造用途での大幅な軽量化が可能です。
