S32750 Superduplex roestvrijstalen buis
S32750 super duplex roestvast stalen buis is een super duplex roestvast staal met een ferritisch-austenitische microstructuur (circa 50% ferriet / 50% austeniet). Het is specifiek ontworpen voor toepassingen die uitzonderlijke corrosieweerstand vereisen, gecombineerd met een zeer hoge mechanische sterkte.
De legering bevat een hoog gehalte aan chroom (25%), molybdeen (4%) en stikstof (0,3%), die uitstekende weerstand bieden tegen putcorrosie, spleetcorrosie en spanningscorrosiescheuren (SCC) in agressieve omgevingen die chloriden of waterstofsulfide (H₂S) bevatten. S32750 biedt ongeveer tweemaal de vloeigrens van standaard austenitische roestvaste staalsoorten (304, 316), waardoor een aanzienlijke gewichtsvermindering bij structurele toepassingen mogelijk is.
