Product Overview
ASTM A240 310S hot rolled stainless steel plate is a premium high-alloy austenitic heat resistant grade engineered for continuous service in oxidizing atmospheres at temperatures up to 1100°C. With 24-26% chromium and 19-22% nickel, 310S delivers exceptional oxidation and carburization resistance, making it the preferred material for furnace components, heat treatment fixtures, and high-temperature processing equipment.
The low carbon content (S-grade, ≤0.08% C) prevents embrittlement from carbide precipitation during prolonged thermal exposure. Available in No.1 finish (hot rolled, annealed, and pickled), 310S plate offers industrial-grade surface quality ready for heavy fabrication and welding.
