Manufactured through precision straight-seam ERW welding technology, each pipe undergoes solution annealing heat treatment at 1040°C to restore optimal corrosion resistance in the weld zone. The low carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation during welding, making it ideal for as-welded applications in aggressive chemical environments.
