Fabrication Guidelines
Process Recommendation
Cutting Use precision shears, laser cutting, or water jet. Avoid heat affected zones on thin gauges.
Bending Embossed pattern may crack on sharp bends. Use larger bend radii (≥ 3x thickness).
Welding Minimize welding on embossed surface. Weld from back side when possible.
Cleaning Use mild soap and water or stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads that may damage pattern.
Handling Use protective film on finished surface. Handle with clean gloves to avoid fingerprints.

Precision cold rolled stainless steel strip is a narrow, thin-gauge stainless steel product manufactured to significantly tighter thickness and width tolerances than standard cold-rolled sheet. Unlike standard sheet (typically 1000mm or 1219mm wide), precision strip is produced in narrow widths — usually less than 600mm — and thin gauges from 0.05mm up to 3.0mm. The key differentiator is the tolerance : the precision strip holds thickness variations to as low as ±0.005mm,
