Product Description

Oil and gas duplex stainless steel tubing is specifically engineered for the demanding environments encountered in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. The unique two-phase microstructure (austenite + ferrite) combined with high chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen content provides exceptional resistance to the corrosive conditions typical of oil and gas production, including sour service (H₂S), carbon dioxide (CO₂), chlorides, and high pressures.

Our duplex tubing is widely used in downhole completions, subsea umbilicals, flow lines, and surface facilities where standard carbon steel or austenitic stainless steel grades experience pitting, stress corrosion cracking, or general corrosion failure.
