316L Mirror Finish Stainless Steel Sheets Redefine Durability for Coastal Architecture Projects

The program offers 8K super mirror polished sheets in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 3.0mm, with widths of 1000mm, 1219mm and 1500mm, and lengths up to 3000mm.
Coastal environments are among the most aggressive for building materials. Salt-laden air, high humidity and UV exposure rapidly attack ordinary stainless steel mirror sheets, causing pitting, tea staining and loss of reflectivity. Grade 316L contains 2-3% molybdenum, which dramatically improves resistance to chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion, making it the responsible choice for seaside hotels, resorts, marinas and waterfront residences.
The 8K mirror finish is produced through progressive polishing to achieve reflectivity above 95%, creating a true mirror effect. Each sheet is protected with PVC film on both sides to preserve the polished surface during transport, handling and installation. Optional PVD color coatings are available for designers seeking tinted mirror effects such as bronze, gold or rose gold.
XYF Steel's 316L mirror sheets are manufactured to ASTM A240 / A480 with tight thickness tolerances of ±0.03mm, ensuring consistent quality for curtain wall fabricators, interior contractors and metalwork specialists.
